Ride and raise funds for mental health in your community!
Join us for the 3rd annual Ride Don’t Hide in London, Ontario on Sunday, June 25, 2017 from 1pm to 5pm at Thames Park, located at 15 Ridout Street in Wortley Village. Check out the location on this map.
You can ride your bike, walk, run or rollerblade if you like! You will have the option of picking a 5KM, 15KM or 30KM route. This ride is for individuals of all ages. You can ride alone or create a team of friends or family members or ride with the CMHA Middlesex Employee Team. It’s all about having fun!
Registration is $45 afterward. Your registration fee includes the signature Ride Don’t Hide t-shirt. Kids under 12 are free but you can purchase a t-shirt for $12.00.
It’s easy to raise funds too. Once you register, you can easily send emails out to friends, family members or colleagues to help you reach your fundraising goal!
Who will you ride for? All riders will have the opportunity to write the name of someone you’re riding for on their rider bib.
