Social, recreation, and skill building opportunities are offered throughout the year across our region. All of the programs offered by Community Wellness and Peer Support are free. Registration is required.
My Sisters’ Place is a safe, welcoming and inclusive centre that supports individuals who identify as women through drop-in and wrap-around services, including mental health and addiction services, case management, clinical services, and community programs.
We offer free walk-in support to individuals in crisis or looking for information in several locations across Thames Valley. Find a location near you.
