Our Board of Directors:
Chair – Heather Bishop
Heather works in Donor Relations and Stewardship at Western University. Heather has a child who lives with bipolar disorder and is passionate about the services provided in the community.
Heather has been with the CMHA Middlesex Board since inception February 2014, and has been involved in Human Resources, Fund Development and Governance Nominating Committees. Heather became the Chair in 2018.
Vice Chair – William Chantler
Bill Chantler is a Superintendent with London Police Service. Bill is the primary lead on the mental health portfolio with LPS. Bill serves on several committees within London and region that focus on matters related to mental health crisis, and he participates in the development of community strategies to help individuals in crisis.
Bill has been with the CMHA Middlesex Board since inception February 2014, and served as Chair from 2016 to 2018.
Secretary -Treasurer – Lorri Lowe
Lorri is the Executive Director at ConnexOntario. Lorri is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) as well as a Fellow and Life Member of CPA Ontario. Lorri has extensive governance experience serving as Chair of CMA Ontario and CMA Canada as well as a member on other community boards and holds the Chartered Director (C.Dir) designation. Lorri joined the CMHA Middlesex Board in 2018.
Nicole Adkin
Nicole Adkin joined the CMHA Middlesex Board in 2016. She is a Data Analyst for DATIS, under the Provincial System Support Program at CAMH. Nicole has been working with mental health and addictions organizations for over 10 years through her work with CAMH, ConnexOntario, and the Excellence Through Quality Improvement project.
Nicole has had the opportunity to work at the provincial, regional and local level in various settings including data validation; sitting at various service planning tables, quality improvement coaching, and data analysis.
Scott Barnes
Scott Barnes is an Inspector with the St. Thomas Police Service and is responsible for the oversight of Police Operations for the service. Scott is a contact and resource for various community groups throughout St. Thomas who offer services to the most needy in the community. He also brings a passion towards Mental Health having had Mental Illness make an impact on his own family.
Scott Joined the Elgin-Middlesex Board in March 2020.
Amy Cook
Amy Cook is an instructor at the Ontario Police College, holding the portfolio for equity, inclusion and mental health. Amy is passionate about breaking down the stigma that often exists for people facing mental health issues, and she is an advocate to ensure appropriate and timely support is obtained and adequate services are provided.
Amy joined the CMHA Middlesex Board in 2017.
Kathryn Lambert
Kathryn Lambert has been a social worker in London since 2000, and is currently the Clinical Director at Vanier Children’s Services. She has experience working as a social worker and manager within the child protection and the child & youth mental health sectors. Kathryn has previous volunteer experience with community agencies. Kathryn is the co-chair of the Child Abuse Prevention Council of London and Middlesex. Supporting the mental health and resiliency of at risk infants, children youth and their caregivers has been the focus of her career.
Kathryn joined the Board in 2017.
Patricia Potter-Bereznick
Patricia bring extensive work and personal volunteer experience in community mental health and seniors programs and services to our Board. Patricia is a strategic thinker who is able to translate vision to action and strategy into operational reality. Patricia is currently at St. Joseph’s Health Care London.
Patricia joined the CMHA Middlesex Board in 2018.
Hardeep Sadra
Hardeep obtained her MBA at the University of Windsor and a degree in Occupational Therapy at the University of Western Ontario. Hardeep has been employed within the community health care setting in the London area initially as an Occupational Therapist followed by various leadership positions.
Hardeep joined the CMHA Middlesex Board in 2017.
Tom Warner
As a chartered accountant with a background in both the public and private sectors, Tom brings significant, executive level experience in finance and information technology to our Board. Tom is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Mohawk Medbuy Corporation, which is a public sector shared services organization providing procurement, distribution and other shared services to Canada’s health care sector.
Tom joined the CMHA Middlesex Board in 2018.
