How do I make a donation?
The easiest way to support the work of CMHA Middlesex is to donate online or give us a call at 519-668-0624 ext. 229. If it is a gift over $1,000 please contact our office regarding transaction fees.

Middlesex County (and Exeter and Goderich)
Where do donations go?
They are directed to the following: highest needs, women’s mental health, and rural mental health.
How do I raise money for CMHA Middlesex though a fundraising event?
Please visit our Fundraise for CMHA Middlesex page where you will find information and an application to submit your idea to our office for review.
How do I request a replacement receipt?
Please contact us at donate@cmhamiddlesex.ca or call 519-668-0624 ext. 229 to request a copy of your receipt. In order for us to handle your request as quickly as possible, please provide us with your full name, address, the amount of the donation as well as the method of your donation.
Please note that a consolidated receipt for monthly donations are sent in February of each year.

How much of a donation goes directly to help individuals and how much does CMHA Middlesex use for fundraising?
There are always costs associated with raising funds for mental health, such as the resources required to process donations securely, or issue tax receipts. Please contact our office directly to discuss this inquiry regarding cost per dollar raised.
Does CMHA Middlesex accept donations of gift in kind items?
CMHA Middlesex does accept some gift in kind items. Please review our current wish list on the website. While appreciated, unfortunately we cannot accept donations of clothing or furniture. We do have a great partnership with our local Mission Store that provides vouchers to the individuals we serve. Our social enterprise, Impact Junk Solutions, is a fee-based junk removal company and furniture bank. Please contact them directly for a quote or visit their webpage.
