This six-week workshop provides an overview of wellness strategies that take the mind, body and spirit into account. We will explore multiple wellness activities and expose the participant to a wide variety of coping tools and strategies. Wellness comes in all shapes and forms and is unique to the individual. Some of these strategies include the five senses, physical activities, art, music, meditation and much more. Come explore wellness with us!
