Together, in this 4-week workshop we will explore what resiliency means and how you can nurture your own sense of wellbeing. We will discuss what factors contribute to our ability to “bounce back” from life’s challenges, identify your own personal strengths, and what steps you can take to cultivate resilience in your life! The group will consist of a variety of interactive activities, group discussion, and “take home” resources that will support you in your journey to strengthening your resiliency skills.
