This ongoing workshop focuses on understanding what emotions are, what emotions can do for you and learn the foundational skills to accurately identify our own emotions and how to regulate them in our daily life. Topics discussed: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness skills, emotion regulation, distress tolerance.
