Mind Over Mood
This 8-week group uses a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach to treat anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or to cope better with stress. It is based on the Mind Over Mood work By Dennis Greenberger, PhD. and Christine Padesky, PhD.
Note: each participant receives a copy of the workbook
