This group uses a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) approach to treat anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or to cope better with stress. It is based on the Mind Over Mood work by Dennis Greenberger, PHD. and Christine Padesky, PhD. Each participant receives a free copy of the workbook.
