Take Up Space: Overcoming Gym Anxiety

Our mental health is directly corelated to our physical health, so we invite you to join us for a 6-week introduction to the fitness world! We will work on unpacking gym anxiety, motivation, gym etiquette and knowing your limits, as well as goal setting, and components of exercise.
