Thus is a module workshop for anyone who experiences addiction and/or mental health struggles. A Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is an individualized system for self-monitoring and responding to mental health and/or addictions. Participants develop their own WRAP while learning recovery concepts, skills and strategies.
