Sometimes life gets hard. A severe illness, relationship change, an accident or an emotional crisis can overwhelm us with sadness or anxiety, at least temporarily, and suddenly we need help.
If you are in crisis and/or need immediate support, contact our Reach Out crisis line at 519-433-2023 (toll free: 1-866-933-2023) or via web chat OR go to the Mental Health and Addictions Crisis Centre at 648 Huron Street, London. These services are available to those in need 24/7.
If you are not in crisis and are looking for information and resources, please complete our Welcome Form. You can also call our Information and Brief Support team at 519-434-9191 ext. 2223 or email iabs.intake@cmhamiddlesex.ca. This team is available 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
If you are feeling anxious, depressed, lonely, overwhelmed or just need to talk something through with someone, contact our Support Line at 519-601-8055 (toll free: 1-844-360-8055). The Support Line provides confidential listening and support 24/7 to individuals aged 16+.
