Dear Community Partners and Colleagues;
We are sending a formal notification that effectively immediately Impact Solutions will be calling a temporary stoppage to all furniture bank deliveries.
The decision for a temporary stoppage is due to ongoing issues with inventory of furniture. We are in desperate need of good quality used furniture to complete the single and family packages. Up until now we have been doing our best to deliver complete packages to those in need, but through feedback from community stakeholders and increasing waitlists to access the furniture bank we realized that we are sacrificing the integrity of the program.
During the temporary stoppage we will be working diligently to build our inventory to ensure we can meet the community demand. Furthermore, it will allow us to review the pick-up process of our model to determine how to increase our donation base.
