Who We Serve:
Family Support is for anyone – friend, family member, partner, spouse, co-worker, boss or neighbor – who is concerned about the mental health of another community member.
What We Do:
The Family Support program provides family members, caregivers and friends with tools to help in the recovery process of a loved one. Participants will learn about mental illness, coping strategies and community support for both themselves and the individual who is struggling with their mental health. Services include 1:1 supportive counselling, periodic group education sessions and will soon include peer support.
