Who We Serve
We support participants aged 16 and older seeking information, support or guidance regarding the navigation of mental health and addictions support services in the London-Middlesex region.
What We Do
Our service provides information about mental health and addictions, assistance with referrals to CMHA and other community-based services, help with completing forms and paperwork, and the interpretation of information upon request.
How Referrals Are Handled
After completing our Welcome Form, staff members will respond to set up a meeting time. You can also visit the Mental Health and Addictions Crisis Centre, located at 648 Huron Street in London, between 8:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. for a walk-in meeting with our information and brief support staff.
While the Mental Health and Addictions Crisis Centre is a 24/7 service, our Information & Brief Support Team is only available for walk-ins between 8:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
