We support participants aged 16 and older seeking information, support or guidance regarding the navigation of mental health and addictions support services in the London-Middlesex region.
What We Do
Our service provides information about mental health and addictions, assistance with referrals to CMHA and other community-based services, help with completing forms and paperwork, and the interpretation of information upon request.
How to Make a Referral

Please complete our Welcome Form. After completing the form, a member of our team will respond to set up a meeting time. You may also visit the Mental Health and Addictions Crisis Centre, located at 648 Huron Street in London, Ontario, between 8:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. for a walk-in meeting with our Information and Brief Support staff. - If you are a professional looking to make a direct referral:

Additional Information
While the Mental Health and Addictions Crisis Centre is a 24/7 service, our Information & Brief Support Team is only available for walk-ins between 8:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
