We offer many social, recreational and skill building opportunities throughout the year and across our sites. Each group is an opportunity to meet new people, learn a new skill, and connect with staff and volunteers who care about your health and wellness. All of these programs are free. Some require registration and some are drop-in.
Our overall wellness – or physical and mental health – requires meaningful activity, and connections with other people and the broader community. Yet when we’re living with a mental health challenge, finding a sense of belonging may be difficult. It may seem overwhelming to participate in social or leisure activities.
