Our Exeter site offers a range of mental health supports for individuals living in Exeter, southern Huron County and Goderich. Our staff want to help you identify and reach your personal goals for growth and recovery through one-to-one support, groups, and/or access to community resources. We work in partnership with many other community service providers and are an active member of the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance.

Crisis Services
The Crisis Response Service in Huron Perth is provided by the Huron Perth Helpline & Crisis Response Team at 1-888-829-7484. This crisis service is for people experiencing a mental health crisis. Staff provide crisis intervention, telephone support, referral to other appropriate agencies, short term counseling, and mobile crisis services. These mobile services are available for face-to-face assessment in all hospital emergency departments across Huron and Perth Counties.
Case Management
Case Managers help you develop skills, increase independence and stability, and become more connected with your community. We offer community supports with varying levels of intensity and participate in shared care arrangements with other community support providers.
Leisure and Life Skills
We offer opportunities for you to build your leisure skills, life skills, and community connections. You can discover new ways of making the most of your day and learn new social skills in casual group settings. Educational opportunities support physical wellness and health, personal awareness and growth, and creative self-expression.
Employment Support Services
Employment Support Services takes an individualized approach to supporting you and your work, volunteer, training, and/or educational goals for recovery. We offer one-to-one support, groups, and access to community opportunities and resources.
Supportive Housing
Rent-subsidized apartments provide independent living for tenants. We manage rent-subsidized apartments and work with local landlords to provide quality supportive housing options. We also work closely with local service providers to assist you in gaining helpful community connections for greater well-being.
Permanent Housing
Four residences in Exeter (four tenants in each) provide safe, affordable housing where rent is geared to income. Tenants receive on-going support as they gain greater independence.
