Are services at the Crisis Centre changing?
No, there will be no break in service and all services provided at the Crisis Centre will continue as usual. This includes the 24/7 walk-in centre as well as our Support Line (519-601-8055, 1-844-360-8055) and Reach Out, our 24/7 crisis line (519-433-2023, 1-866-933-2023, reachout247.ca). Services that have been operating virtually since the pandemic will also continuing to do so.
How can I get to the new location?
There are several ways to get to the Crisis Centre’s new location at 534 Queens Ave:
The Queens site is located on the corner of Queens Avenue and William Street. The closest major intersection is Adelaide St and Dundas St. The Queens site can be accessed via William St, with parking spots specifically for those going to the Crisis Centre available on the East side of the building, immediately off of William St.
By public transit:
Buses #2 and #20: Take to stop #623 EB / #624 WB (Dundas at William)
Bus #16: Take to stop #73 SB (Adelaide at Queens) or #27 NB (Adelaide at Dundas)
Bus #1: Take to stop #434 SB (Colborne at Dufferin) or #531 EB (Dufferin at Colborne)
Bus #7: Take to stop #2175 EB (York at William) or #2176 WB (York at William)
