This group uses a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to treat anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or to cope better with stress on the Mind Over Mood work by Dennis Greenberger, Phd. and Christine Padesky, Phd. Each participant receives a free copy of the workbook.
